As a Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home. However, you're required to attend a mandatory one-day in-office orientation at our Denver/Aurora office for local residents. We offer a flexible work environment with modified in-office work options available for those who prefer an office setting.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base annual pay ranging from $37,440 to $43,680 based on prior experience. You'll also be eligible for monthly performance bonuses ranging from $100 to $400. Additionally, we hold company and individual team contests on a monthly, weekly, and quarterly basis, with gift cards and prizes based on customer service and performance goals.
