The role focuses on the technical configuration and implementation of an Executive Office Operating System using Microsoft 365 and related tools, ensuring successful deployment and knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities
- Configure Microsoft 365 tools to support standardized Executive Office workflows
- Build SharePoint Lists, metadata structures, permissions, and reporting environments
- Develop Power Automate workflows based on approved automation designs
- Configure Trello enterprise boards, templates, custom fields, Butler automation, dashboards, and reporting
- Implement Outlook governance (folders, categories, rules, Quick Steps, templates, scheduling standards)
- Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Trello, Slack, Egnyte, and other approved systems
- Conduct testing, validation, and iterative refinements
- Train Executive Office staff and support pilot + organization-wide rollout
- Deliver full technical documentation and administrative knowledge transfer
