They are seeking a Head of Local and County Sales to establish their local and county government sales engine, managing the entire sales process and developing a team as the sales operation matures.
Responsibilities
- Build Arterial’s local and county government sales engine from the ground up
- Own the full sales motion, including lead generation, customer qualification, demos, relationship management, procurement, and deployment coordination
- Test different sales approaches
- Work directly with municipal stakeholders
- Turn those learnings into a repeatable sales process
- Grow into a leadership role responsible for hiring and managing account executives, sales representatives, and solutions engineers
