Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Morae Global Corporation is seeking a driven and consultative Sales Director focused on their Data and Security Technology offerings. This role will be instrumental in building and scaling long-term relationships from cybersecurity solutions within their broader data risk, compliance, and cyber platform.
Responsibilities
- Drive new ARR through consultative sales of Morae solutions and broader partner-driven cybersecurity technology solutions
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified corporate and law firm prospects aligned with Morae’s Cyber strategy
- Partner with Cyber Practice Leader and technical SMEs to structure bundled solutions that align to client cyber readiness, compliance, and insurance needs
- Lead sales cycles from lead generation to deal close, maintaining client engagement and transparency throughout
- Understand and position Morae’s full cyber, compliance, and IG platform (including Gimmal Discover) to support cross-sell growth
- Develop tailored presentations, demos, and proposals that map Morae’s capabilities to client-specific risks, gaps, or regulatory requirements
- Track sales metrics and pipeline coverage using Salesforce or equivalent tools; report regularly to senior leadership
- Attend industry events, conferences, and client workshops to build visibility and thought leadership in the cybersecurity space
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and outbound strategy for security services
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Security, or related field
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in cybersecurity services or SaaS/MSSP models, ideally with MDR/EDR, IR, or security advisory components
- Familiarity with managed services models, including MDR/XDR platforms, compliance tech, or legal-adjacent cyber services
- Proven ability to sell consultative, multi-stakeholder solutions to CISOs, GCs, Risk Officers, and Procurement teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset; able to work cross-functionally with delivery and marketing
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Experience with subscription-based or ARR-driven sales models preferred
- Technical certifications or JD a plus
