As a Technical Writer, you will create clear and engaging documentation that supports product adoption and organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Research, create, organize, and maintain high-quality documentation and software support content, including but not limited to quick help articles and videos
- Learn customer workflows to create best-practice content
- Create instructional web content for users and internal teams
- Work closely with internal teams to gather product details and develop clear instructional content for the target audience
- Edit and proofread content for style, technical accuracy, and completeness, consistently applying brand messaging and tone across all touchpoints
- Enhance content based on feedback, testing, and industry best practices
- Update and improve materials in response to software updates and user feedback
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools to accelerate content creation
Skills
- 1+ years of experience writing software user guides and training materials preferred
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, concise, user-friendly content for non-technical audiences
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace
- Excellent written communication skills and strong verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
- Goal-driven with strong organizational skills
- Confident, professional, and experienced in a business environment
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
