Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages of various sizes to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and efficient manner
- Lift and handle packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
- Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company appearance guidelines
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with other drivers and logistics team members to ensure seamless delivery operations
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license (no CDL required, license type varies by state)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination
- Excellent customer service and driving skills
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
