**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Your primary objectives will include:
* Developing a comprehensive understanding of clients' business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics
* Structuring a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and clients, and leading a cross-functional team to collaborate on projects and drive client success
* Planning and achieving growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals
* Developing forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers
* Building knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
* 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales
* Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders
* Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy
* Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs
* Ability to achieve goals to drive growth
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context

**Compensation and Benefits**
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits included. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
