Job Overview: Senior SDET Associate

As a Senior SDET Associate on our Multi Family Credit Works application team, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing automated testing methodologies for our analytics software. This is a unique chance to work on complex applications that directly impact our multi-family business users. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Automated Test Scripts: Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for functional and regression testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage of our application.
• Improve Testing Processes: Identify opportunities to enhance our testing processes and tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of our testing framework.
• Collaborate with QA Teams: Work closely with QA teams to ensure consistent and reliable testing practices across the organization.
• Documentation and Reporting: Ensure proper documentation of test cases, plans, and execution reports, maintaining transparency and clarity throughout the testing process.
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis of defects and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues, driving continuous improvement.
• CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated testing with CI/CD pipelines, streamlining our development and testing processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

To excel in this role, you'll need a strong background in software testing with a focus on automation. Here are the essential and preferred qualifications:

Minimum Required Experience:

• 2 years of related experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Finance, technical field, or equivalent work experience.

Desired Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
• Proficiency with automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git.
• Working knowledge of version control tools like Git and test management tools like JIRA.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing is an added advantage.
