We're seeking a visionary Program Manager to lead our Technology Risk Advisory team in driving strategic risk management and control management across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, manage special projects, and develop comprehensive executive-level presentations to drive business growth and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage special projects and day-to-day issues, ensuring seamless execution and minimal risk
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, technology strategy updates, and employee communications to drive business outcomes
- Manage business planning, operational processes, and goal-setting metrics to optimize organizational performance
- Drive organizational optimization, business process improvement, and risk assessment to ensure control management is embedded in daily operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide mentorship and coaching, and engage in audit-related activities to ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- Outstanding leadership, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive projects with minimal direction
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Proven ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent work experience) preferred, with certifications in CISM or CRISC a plus
