Currently, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-time Help to Claim (HTC) Telephone and Webchat Adviser to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in assisting first-time Universal Credit claimants with 'better-off' benefit calculations and practical advice, guiding them through the claims process until they receive their first correct benefit payment.
As a Part-time Help to Claim (HTC) Telephone and Webchat Adviser, you will work in a home-based setting, providing expert advice and support to claimants via incoming calls and webchat using our telephony and dual webchat channels. Your primary objective will be to ensure that claimants receive accurate and timely guidance, empowering them to navigate the complexities of the benefits system.
We offer a competitive salary of £17,556 per annum, with a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2025. As a part-time role, you will work 24 hours per week, with flexible working hours between 8:00 and 18:00, Monday-Friday.
