Key Responsibilities – What Your Day Will Look Like
- Deliver Small‑Group Instruction: Facilitate engaging, evidence‑based reading/ELA and math lessons for K‑8 students using the company‑provided curriculum and the gradual release model.
- Design Differentiated Lesson Plans: Tailor each session to the unique skill levels and learning goals of the group, incorporating data from pre‑ and post‑assessments.
- Maintain a Safe Learning Environment: Supervise students at all times, manage transitions between learning stations, and escort children safely to and from designated areas.
- Data Management & Reporting: Enter attendance, assessment scores, progress notes, and compliance documentation into the district’s learning management system in a timely manner.
