Key Responsibilities
- Develop and direct high-quality creative campaigns that span multiple platforms, including social media, advertising, and more
- Conceptualize and create brand-led campaigns that drive engagement and business results

- Lead and manage a team of creatives, including copywriters, art directors, designers, filmmakers, and creators

- Own cross-functional relationship building to ensure alignment on deliverable quality and creative direction
- Develop multi-media extensions that extend ideas across the Apple ecosystem
- Find and develop working relationships with new creative and production vendors, and strengthen partnerships with current vendors
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of 10+ years of significant experience in the creative industry, including 5 years of management experience with increasing responsibility
- Proven ability to create and direct high-quality creative campaigns that span multiple platforms
- Experience leading cross-functional efforts within a large company, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders
- Experience managing a creative team, identifying growth opportunities, and defining career paths for direct reports
- International experience or experience working with global teams
- Experience working directly with talent and creators to collaborate on campaigns
- A strong portfolio that showcases famous creative and integrated campaigns, breakthrough social thinking, and a diversity of ideas and approaches to marketing and problem-solving

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
