Job Overview

As a Corporate Services Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering a range of support services that keep our corporate campus running smoothly. Your duties will include mailroom operations, events support, facilities maintenance, and more. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring that our corporate office is well-maintained, our events are executed flawlessly, and our teammates have everything they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform upkeep and maintenance on corporate mailroom equipment and systems to maintain excellent working conditions and minimize downtime.
• Process, distribute, and track inbound and outbound mail and packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to teammates across the corporate campus.
• Supply paper to all campus printers and copiers, ensuring that our teammates have the resources they need to get their work done.
• Operate the Employee Beverage Store, managing inventory, organization, and sales to provide a convenient and welcoming experience for our teammates.
• Maintain our on-campus fountain beverage machines to ensure optimal and healthy operation, providing a great experience for our teammates and visitors.
• Provide operational support for high-profile campus events, including room setups, beverage supply, and wayfinding, to ensure that our events are executed flawlessly.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of USPS, FedEx, and Record Storage Systems procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and needs.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a mailroom or facilities support role.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
