Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, chat, or email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and educate customers on our products and services.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, ensuring that every interaction is handled with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to fairness and respect.
- Work collaboratively with senior agents and supervisors to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless resolution.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and adhere to performance standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain Federal Security Clearance.
- Reside within 50 miles of blithequark Headquarters: 304 Northcreek Blvd, Goodlettsville, TN 37072.
- Commitment to working 40 hours a week, with flexibility to work evenings and peak seasons.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate high-stress calls.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services or student loan industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues.
- Proficient in using technology, including high-speed internet and software applications.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $18.76 - $21.61 per hour, based on experience and contract requirements.

Once you've completed training and obtained Federal Security Clearance, you'll have the flexibility to work from home. To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you'll need:
