We're looking for a talented Customer Sales and Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service operations, you will deliver first-class customer service in every interaction, solving customer issues, and acting as a salesperson, product guru, billing expert, and more. You will be the face of our company, helping us solve our customers' challenges and delivering on our promise of superior customer service.
We're looking for someone with a dedication to customer service excellence, amazing communication skills, and a positive, professional attitude. You should thrive in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy helping our customers connect to the digital world. If you have a related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience, that's a plus. We're also looking for people with customer service call center experience, previous collections experience, and experience selling products and services.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to think critically and make sound judgments, and be comfortable working with technology.
