Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Fluency in English, with Canadian French (Quebecois) fluency preferred.
- Ability to multitask, navigate computer systems, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers for data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet to support customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to pass a background check.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, including schedule shifts and overtime as required.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.

Technical Requirements
To work effectively from home, you will need:
