This position is part of the Compliance Group within the People/HR Division at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You will support the HR Compliance team and tasks, including acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring database accuracy.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and a strong foundation in data entry and analysis. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and experience with the TSA Clearinghouse database.
