Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

Education and Experience Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. We prefer candidates with 0-1 year of prior relevant work experience in a call center environment. Additionally, knowledge of the Department of Child Safety and bilingual skills are highly desirable.
