Key Responsibilities

Operational Hours and Shifts

Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm EST, with varying shifts available within these hours. During open enrollment, our operational hours will be extended to include weekends, and you may be required to work flexible hours to support our members' needs.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
