About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Math Instructor/Tutor who is eager to make a difference in the lives of our students. As a Math Instructor/Tutor at Mathnasium, you will have the opportunity to work with students of various ages and skill levels, helping them to overcome their math challenges and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities
- Teach and tutor students in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
- Collaborate with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting, ensuring that each student receives the support they need
- Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions, providing feedback and adjusting your teaching strategies as needed
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies
- Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment, ensuring that all students feel comfortable and supported
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
