Operations Support Specialist (Remote) – 20 hrs/wk
Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven individual to support internal operations, contract administration, and digital file management. This is a 20-hour-per-week role with structured training provided. We are looking for a precision-first professional who finds satisfaction in perfect organization and the consistent execution of daily systems.
Schedule & Availability
• Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday – Friday).
• Fixed Window: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
• Reliability: Strict adherence to this daily 4-hour block is required to support morning operational workflows.
Compensation & Growth
• Training Rate: $19.00/hour (First 90 days).
• Post-Training Rate: $22.00/hour + monthly technology stipend.
• Future Potential: While starting at 20 hours, we are looking for a candidate with the capacity to transition toward full-time status as business needs and workload evolve.
Core Responsibilities
• Maintain and audit structured tracking systems in Excel.
• Standardize and manage digital archives in OneDrive.
• Coordinate vendor and contract documentation workflows.
• Monitor internal logs to identify and proactively flag data inconsistencies.
• Provide administrative support to the Office Manager as needed.
• Additional tasks as needed.
Education
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Fields such as business, accounting, supply chain, operations, or similar disciplines are helpful but not required. Candidates with strong organizational, technical, and administrative skills will be considered regardless of degree field.
