We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative to join our team at IQVIA, a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence. As a remote call center representative, you will play a vital role in providing payment assistance solutions and support to patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals.

Job Highlights:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals via phone, email, fax, or other means of contact
  • Quickly assessing and resolving customer issues, including card activation, program eligibility, and submission rejection troubleshooting
  • Documenting customer interactions and escalating unresolved issues to management as needed
  • Recognizing operational challenges and suggesting recommendations to management
  • Working 40 hours per week under moderate supervision

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required
  • HIPAA certification required
  • Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
  • Medical claim processing experience a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
