Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent at Blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our customers. You will handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, conduct telephone screenings, and engage in positive interactions to effectively meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Conduct telephone screenings to gather information and resolve customer inquiries
- Engage in positive interactions to effectively meet customer needs and exceed expectations
- Utilize computer software and systems to document customer interactions and manage data
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Willing to consent to a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office space

- Operating System - Windows 10/11 Home or Pro with all Windows updates installed
- Mouse and keyboard
- USB headset with boom mic
- Webcam (built-in or external USB)
- PC connected via Ethernet cable or secured Wi-Fi (WPA2 Personal with a strong password)
- Reliable internet with 30Mbps download and 10Mbps upload speed
- 1 Monitor (minimum 19”)
What We Offer
Compensation and Perks:
- Starting pay: $11.50 per hour with pay increases after 30 days and 6 months of employment
